Park Place is a Planned Development on the southwest side of Chicago that will feature 78 new units of multifamily affordable rental apartments. Spread across approximately 2-1/2 acres of land, the project consists of 14 new construction 3-flats, 6-flats, and 9-flats. The development will provide ample open space for the residents with lush landscaped areas, a rain garden, custom designed hardscape, and outdoor decks. The interior units will be a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units that will boast features such as arched doorways, built-in shelving, in-unit laundry, energy efficient central air heating and cooling, energy efficient lighting, and low flow plumbing fixtures, high efficiency windows, and reflective roof.
