Park Place is a Planned Development on the southwest side of Chicago that features 78 new units of multifamily affordable rental apartments. Spread across approximately 2-1/2 acres of land, the project consists of 14 new construction 3-flats, 6-flats, and 9-flats. The development provides ample open space for residents with lush landscaped areas, a rain garden, custom-designed hardscape, and outdoor decks. The interior units are a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments that boast features such as arched doorways, built-in shelving, in-unit laundry, energy-efficient central air heating and cooling, energy-efficient lighting, low-flow plumbing fixtures, high-efficiency windows, and a reflective roof.
