Westhaven Park IIA is a mixed-income community located in the West End neighborhood between Lake Street, Oakley Boulevard, Washington Boulevard and Hermitage Avenue. The project includes 60 for-sale units scattered throughout 7, three-story buildings. The project’s focus was providing affordable units with modern details and amenities.  In addition, Westhaven IIA’s goals emphasize accessibility with more than 20% of the units meeting fully accessible or adaptable requirements.
