Brookwood at Antioch celebrated its ribbon cutting in April and received a 2023 Fay Jones Alumni Design citation award. 

The mixed-income, 66-unit development occupies what once was a dilapidated motel complex in the Chaumiere neighborhood of Kansas City, Missouri. The townhouses and multi-family buildings encompass two courtyards, creating a strong sense of community while maintaining a residential feel at the street front.
