Stephen's Commons is a 73-unit building providing affordable apartments to seniors ages 62 and above. The design promotes active engagement both within the building and the neighborhood. The heart of the building is an active circulation loop that links resident community spaces, a lush rooftop deck, and a ground-level garden path, while street-facing common areas, exterior seating, and pedestrian-friendly streetscaping connect the development to its surroundings.

The site occupies what was previously a vacant parcel only three blocks from the Wilson CTA station. All units will be affordable with a mix of 10 studios, 49 one-beds, and 14 two-bedroom apartments. The ground floor will offer 44 parking spaces that are shared with the adjacent Lakeview Towers.
