Grace earned her Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Landscape Architecture from North Carolina State University. Her academic work emphasized public-interest design, history, and architectural social theory, with a particular focus on projects serving underserved communities across both rural and urban North Carolina.

In her professional career, Grace has worked on commercial/residential adaptive reuse projects and contributed to the design of City of Raleigh and NC Department of Agriculture public projects, including a community center redevelopment and an event center. She is passionate about community engagement throughout the design process and using architecture as a means to support and empower underrepresented communities. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, art projects of all mediums, and exploring Chicago.
