Yesterday we joined long-term partners, city leaders, residents, and many more at the groundbreaking for Westhaven Park IID.

Once this phase is complete, Westhaven Park will meet the number of public housing units needed to replace the 1,656 units demolished at the Henry Horner Homes site and bring an ETOD to the Near West Side neighborhood. This neighborhood transformation has been twenty years in the making and wouldn't have been possible without the CHA, our devoted partners, residents, and community members.
