Words cannot express how grateful we are to have been awarded 2nd and 3rd place for The Richard H. Driehaus Foundation Award for Architectural Excellence in Community Design at this year's Chicago Neighborhood Development Awards.

BUILD Chicago, a vibrant community hub in Chicago's Austin neighborhood took second and Heiwa Terrace, a beautiful senior affordable housing high-rise in Uptown, Chicago took third.

These amazing projects have already improved so many peoples' lives and we're immensely grateful to our clients for trusting us with the task, the consultants for your endless insight, and the community members/residents for filling these spaces with life.
