As a Part of Chicago Rehab Network's Community Empowerment Workshop Series, we toured the second phase of 43 Green, which is currently under construction. Located in Bronzeville, 43 Green is an equitable transit-oriented development (eTOD) comprised of a multiphase, mixed-use, residential and commercial project anchored by the 43rd Street Green Line station.

The tour focused on project and construction management with an emphasis on collaboration. The 43 Green development is a perfect example of collaboration between diverse groups with different expertise, experiences, and viewpoints. Not only is 43 Green co-developed by P3 Markets and The Habitat Company, but there are two construction teams working together--McShane and BOWA--and we are collaborating with Moody Nolan on this phase.

It was great to be a part of this award-winning program that empowers individuals who are interested in helping communities through housing development.
