Solar Thermal Panels Installed at Roseland Place

Fourteen solar thermal panels have just been installed on the roof of Roseland Place, a 60-unit independent living senior building and City of Chicago Senior Satellite Center. The panels will provide approximately 950 gallons of hot water per day for the building residents.

Roseland Place Cornerstone Laying Ceremony

On September 22, 2010 NHS Redevelopment Corporation celebrated the laying of a cornerstone for their new LBBA designed 60-unit independent living senior building and City of Chicago Senior Satellite Center. The project is scheduled to open in April 2011.
