Responsibilites

• 5-10 years of experience

• Expertise managing larger, multi-unit housing projects

• Deep knowledge of Chicago Building and Zoning Code

• Strong foundation in sustainability and accessibility standards

Requirements

Guide projects through all design phases including:

• Land planning/urban design

• Zoning and code studies

• Schematic design

• Design development

• Permitting

• Construction documents

• Construction observation
