LBBA is seeking a Project Architect/Designer

PROJECT ARCHITECT / DESIGNER WITH 5-10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a talented Project Architect/ Designer with excellent design, communication, and technical skills to join our team. The candidate should have experience working on larger, multi-unit housing projects and knowledge of the Chicago Zoning Code and Planned Development process. The position requires familiarity and knowledge of all phases of the design process including land planning / urban design, zoning and code studies, schematic design, design development, permitting, construction documents and construction observation. A working knowledge of sustainability and accessibility codes are a plus.
