Mayor Rahm Emanuel and the Habitat Company team cutting ribbon at opening ceremonyEast Park Apartments a newly rehabbed 5-story 152-unit single room occupancy building in East Garfield Park had its ribbon-cutting ceremony yesterday! The rehab includes a new roof, masonry repairs, mechanical upgrades, improved common areas, and unit upgrades. This project was developed by The Habitat Company in collaboration with GMA Construction Group, Carsello Engineering, WSP, Prism Engineering, and McKay Landscape Architects.
