lbba wins second place driehaus awards for excellence in community design

On February 18, Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) Chicago presented the 22nd Annual Chicago Neighborhood Development Awards (CNDA) to recognize and honor the top real estate development and architectural design projects in the city’s neighborhoods. Awarding the best of the year’s neighborhood-focused developments, CNDA is a time to celebrate as well as reflect on the changing needs of our neighborhoods and how they are being met by the city’s robust community of neighborhood developers and organizations.
“Through the reactivation of abandoned buildings and neighborhood landmarks, Dorchester Artist + Housing Collaborative endeavors to incite a revitalization that is cultural-based, artist-led, and community-driven.”
Landon Bone Baker Architects was honored to receive the 2nd Place Richard H. Driehaus Foundation Award for Architectural Excellence in Community Design for work on Dorchester Art + Housing Collaborative.
